Privacy notice

At INTANGY we protect the personal data of the families who trust us. This notice explains what data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

1. Data controller

{{LEGAL NAME}} (hereinafter "INTANGY"), tax ID {{TAX ID / RFC}}, with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 269, Torre Reforma Latino, Col. Juárez, C.P. 06600, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Contact: contacto@intangy.com.

2. Data we collect

When you use the site, book a demo or sign up for a plan, we may collect:

  • Identification and contact data: name, email address, phone number, city.
  • Data about the child, provided by a parent or legal guardian: name, age, interests and, once a plan is active, the results of the Meta Diagnóstico 360 and of the Micro Certifications.
  • Sensitive data (only with your express consent): health information from the medical check-up recommended by some plans, and results of psychometric assessments.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device, pages visited and cookie data (see section 8).
  • Financial data: payments are processed by third parties; INTANGY does not store card numbers.

3. Children's data

INTANGY's services are addressed to parents and legal guardians. We process data about children and adolescents only with the consent of the person holding parental authority or legal guardianship, who declares they are entitled to give it. If we find data about a child collected without that consent, we will delete it.

4. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (required to deliver the service):

  • Schedule and run the demo you requested.
  • Administer the Meta Diagnóstico 360 and deliver the personalized report.
  • Recommend and manage Micro Certifications, activities and partner academies.
  • Follow the child's development according to the plan in place.
  • Invoicing, payment collection, and handling requests and complaints.

Secondary purposes (you may object without affecting the service):

  • Send you information about new plans, Micro Certifications and events.
  • Run satisfaction surveys and statistical studies.

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, write to contacto@intangy.com with the subject line "No secondary purposes".

5. Data transfers

We may share data, only to the extent necessary, with:

  • Partner academies and specialists that deliver the Micro Certifications you signed up for.
  • Service providers (web hosting, email, analytics and payment processing) acting on INTANGY's behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities where there is a legal requirement to do so.

Outside these cases, we do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent.

6. ARCO rights

Under Mexican law you have the right to Access your data, Rectify it if it is inaccurate, Cancel it when you believe it is no longer needed for the purposes stated, and Object to its processing (known together as ARCO rights). To exercise them, send a request to contacto@intangy.com including:

  • Your full name and a means of receiving our reply.
  • A copy of official ID (and of the document proving parental authority or guardianship, if the request concerns a child).
  • A clear description of the data involved and the right you wish to exercise.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

7. Withdrawing consent and limiting use

You may withdraw your consent at any time through the same channel, bearing in mind that in some cases we will no longer be able to provide the service. You may also request that the use or disclosure of your data be limited, and unsubscribe from commercial communications using the link included in every email.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses its own and third-party cookies (Google Analytics 4) to measure how the site is used and to improve the experience. You can disable them in your browser settings; some features may stop working properly.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version is always published at intangy.com/en/privacy-notice, with its update date.

If you believe your right to data protection has been infringed, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the Mexican authority responsible for personal data held by private parties.
